I have a diaper bag to create, and the material is sooooooooooooo stinkin' cute I can't wait to dive in. It's for a brand new little boy, and the material is little bitsy cowboy things. I'll post pics as soon as it is finished.

I love sparklie stuff!!!

Here is a pic of some jewelry dangles I have been working on for the little clear acrylic albums I am making. I just love looking at them, they are soooooooooo pretty irl, wish you could see them!!! I have made about a gazillion, cause I love them. :)
I am going to be doing some make-n-takes at a Girl's Scrapbooking Weekend in Edwardsburg Michigan on April 19th & 20th, as well as attending it with my dd - can't wait!!! (Email me if you are interested in info on it cause it will be a BLAST!) So I have been busy working on projects for that, as well as working on things for my etsy store.
I have also ordered some new stamps from a company I have never ordered from before, and am thinking about ordering some new stamps from another company because the stamping bug has bitten me BADLY lately!!! I already have a gazzillion stamps, but I really love creating with them. Oh my, I have been playing with lots of stamps, ink, acrylic, and paper the last 2 days and I have been having a BALL!!! I'll show ya some of my creations soon.
Speaking of which, I need to get my rear in gear and get back in my creating space. Have a fab fab Sunday everybody!!!

Working on new projects!!!

Oh my! I can hardly find space on my scrapping table to put even a tiny object down!!! I have sooooooooooo many projects I am working on right now I can't believe it. I also have 2 different quilts I am working on, and a baby diaper bag for a friend too. WOOOOOOOO, creativity has definitely been hanging around my lil scrappin/sewing room!!! This little Coke themed Rolodex is a gift I made for my mom for part of her bday present. She has Coke things everywhere, so I thought this would be a good theme for her birthday/anniversary rolodex. It was a fun project, if you are thinking about making one, you should! :)

I also have a 2 page layout in ScrapStreet's April ezine this month, check it out if you have time- ScrapStreet my 2 pg layout is under April Showers and is of my mom, my daughter and myself last summer when we went to a fun outdoor Trace Atkins concert. Really wet but really fun! Probably the dorkiest pic of me ever, but hey, ya gotta sacrifice for your art, right??? ;) he he

Happy creating and I'll have more pics to share soon!!!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everybody!!!
Maybe spring will finally arrive now. :) It's still snowy and cold here. I am itching to do some spring projects, so I might just do them anyway. Anybody else in the mood for spring, or better yet, summer? I am thinking boating and being on a lake relaxing. Doesn't that sound FAB? Ah well, hopefully it will be warm and sunny before long.
In the meantime, I wish you all happy creating, and hope you have a blessed day.

Taxes are very painful..........

Well, I never like gathering and sorting all the stuff needed for the accountant to do the taxes, and this year was harder than most. Last Saturday I was sorting my bazzillion piles (I reallllllllllllllly need to start doing this as I accumulate things, it is a giant patootie pain to do it just before taxes, yikes). Anyway, I went to get up and grab another pile of things for the shredder and I felt a sharp poke. YOWCH! What the heck? I looked down and saw a broken needle on the floor and the ball of my foot had a little smidge of blood on it. I couldn't see anything else, but it did hurt like the dickens. I washed it, put some neosporin on it and limped around for 4 days. On Tuesday when it hurt even more to step, I thought dang it, I better get it checked out. After I stepped on the stinkin' needle I wasn't sure if the needle was already broken (I had a few broken needles on my little desk area that my sewing machine sits on, since I didn't want to throw them in my pretty woven basket trash can because they might fall out and I might step on them, how ironic is THAT???? Sheesh.) Anyway, my dr couldn't see me, too busy with flu patients, so I went to the walk-in clinic. They were super nice there, and tried really realllllllly hard not to laugh at me for being such a dork. I did hear quite a few - WOOOO, that's a doozy, isn't it? remarks though, but that was to be expected after anyone saw the xray of the one inch chunk of needle wedged deep in my foot up between my bones. RATS! Not only did I have to have a tetanus shot now, I had to have surgery on Wednesday! Not in my plans, but they couldn't get it out of my foot any other way.

So that reinforces my belief that taxes are indeed painful. :)

I hope to be back to posting something snazzy soon. Have a fab week, and remember, throw your broken stuff out right away, so it doesn't catch up with you later..........

How did I come up with Pam's Eclectic Stuff?

Pam- that is me. :)

eclectic --adj.- selecting what seems best of various styles or ideas
*Since I like a huge variety of arts and mediums, this seemed perfect, we will talk about the best of various styles or ideas.

stuff- The noun stuff has 7 senses -
1. material, stuff -- (the tangible substance that goes into the makeup of a physical object; "wheat is the stuff they use to make bread")2. whatchamacallit, stuff, whatsis, sundry, sundries -- (miscellaneous unspecified artifacts; "the trunk was full of stuff")3. stuff, clobber -- (informal terms for personal possessions; "did you take all your clobber?")4. stuff, stuff and nonsense, hooey, poppycock -- (senseless talk; "don't give me that stuff")5. stuff -- (unspecified qualities required to do or be something; "the stuff of heros"; "you don't have the stuff to be a United States Marine")6. stuff -- (information in some unspecified form; "it was stuff I had heard before"; "there's good stuff in that book")7. stuff -- (a critically important or characteristic component; "suspense is the very stuff of narrative")

*What more needs to be said? I really thought about using Pam's Eclectic Sundries, but I thought that might be tough to remember. :) Stuff is easy and conveys a variety of meanings. I like the definition- miscellaneous unspecified artifacts. I also liked whatchamacallit, but that is a lot of typing. :)

So there you have it!
